Terms of Service

Parties

These terms govern the relationship between “SS1-Solutions” Ltd, company registration number (БУЛСТАТ) 208743400, Iztok Complex, Bl. 14, Entrance G, Floor 1, Kazanlak, Bulgaria (referred to below as “Dentaweb”) and the client who has ordered the build or maintenance of a website.

Scope of the service

We build a website of up to 5 pages for a dental practice - responsive design, a contact form, Google Maps and Google Business Profile integration, basic SEO, and SSL security. Before work begins, we show three finished design directions - we build the one the client chooses, not an arbitrary design. Extra pages or features beyond those listed in the offer (e.g. a case gallery, a multilingual site, online appointment booking) are agreed and paid for separately.

Price and payment

The website build is at a fixed price, stated in the individual offer to the client (as of this page's date - €800). Payment is made in two parts: 30% deposit when the project starts and 70% on handover of the finished website. Payments are made by bank transfer, against an issued invoice. The deposit is due for work on the project to begin, and is non-refundable if the project is stopped at the client's request after it has started.

Delivery timeline

The estimated timeline is about 10 working days, counted from receiving all the necessary information from the client (completed questionnaire, copy, photos). Delays on the client's part in providing materials or feedback extend the timeline by the corresponding period. During the build, the client receives a live link to follow progress and request changes before the site goes live.

Ownership of the result

After payment is made in full, the code and design of the website belong to the client. Hosting, the domain, and technical maintenance remain administered by Dentaweb for as long as the monthly maintenance fee is active. If maintenance is discontinued, the client receives the full code of their site, but for it to stay accessible online it needs to be moved to different hosting - something we can help with for a separately agreed fee.

Monthly maintenance

The monthly maintenance fee (as of this page's date - €30) includes hosting, domain, SSL security, technical monitoring, and small content edits (text, price, a photo, opening hours) within up to two working days. A separate written agreement is signed between the parties for monthly maintenance, setting out the specific terms for termination and notice.

If the result doesn't satisfy the client

Before we start work, the client chooses between three finished design directions. During the build, the client sees a live link with progress and can request changes within the agreed scope before the site goes live. Changes beyond the originally agreed scope (a brand-new design, additional pages and features) are discussed and paid for separately.

Liability

Dentaweb exercises due care in delivering a quality service, but is not liable for losses arising from content provided by the client, from the actions of third parties (hosting providers, domain registrars, Google, and other online platforms), or from force majeure. If maintenance is interrupted due to Dentaweb's fault, we make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Governing law

These terms and all relations between the parties are governed by Bulgarian law. Any dispute that can't be resolved by mutual agreement is referred to the competent court in Bulgaria.
