What data we collect and why

The contact form

When you fill in the form on the site, we send the name, phone number, and message you entered straight to our email so we can reply. We don't store this data in a database on the site - it only exists as a received message in our inbox. The legal basis for processing is your own action - you want us to get in touch - and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Google Analytics (analytics cookies)

We use Google Analytics to see roughly how many people visit the site and which pages interest them. This involves cookies that recognise a returning visitor. We only load Google Analytics if you've clicked “Accept” in the cookie banner - no analytics cookies are set before that. The data is processed by Google Ireland Limited as our data processor.

Cookies we use

• Necessary- remember your cookie choice (localStorage, with no real expiry until you change it). Always active, no consent required, because they don't track anything themselves.
• Analytics - _ga, _ga_* from Google Analytics, up to 2 years. Only set after consent.

Retention period

We keep enquiries submitted through the contact form only for as long as our communication with you lasts, unless you become our client - in that case the data is kept for the term of the contract and the legally required period afterwards. Analytics data in Google Analytics is deleted automatically after a period we've set, according to the tool's settings.

Your rights

At any time, you can ask us for:

• access to the data we hold about you;
• correction or deletion of inaccurate data;
• withdrawal of consent for analytics cookies - see the button below;
• to file a complaint with Bulgaria's data protection authority, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg), if you believe your rights have been violated.
